New Frame Production
I have been working on some new production frames,
for several years.
There is quite a list for me, to proceed my journey in this direction
– But above all, a returning question on “What do you ride?”
And I must admit, that I have never ridden any of the models, that I have sold in the shop (Except for the Müli cargobike, that I use everyday)
So this is my step to bring in some bikes in my own design,
that I would love ride myself!
And next year the shop is turning 15years,
so I guess it’s about god damn time…
And late 2024 I recived my first SONIC sample frames,
There is a bit more work to do on this model, before it is
exactly as I want it
Therefor I’m going to build up the 3 sample frames
(size S, M & L) as complete bikes, and sell them locally in the shop.
And then put that money into new sample frames!

What is SONIC?
Sonic is my take on a NO-Nonsense
full speed A to B bike.
After riding on re-builded road frames for my commuting
most of my adult life,
(Apparently I was ok to have mud and rain all over my back,
run thin 23mm tires, no options for carrying stuff at that time)
I wanted to create a more modern version, that could have the same speed and handling but acommodate
MUDGUARDS, DISC BRAKES, BIGGER tires,
and the options for racks or basket.
Sonic It’s made of chromoly steel tubing,
with ovalized top- and downtube.
Flat crown fork.
And generally I have tried to use as slim tubing as possible,
to make the design so slim and light as possible.
It’s designed to run max 622-35 tires without mudguards
or 622-28/32 with mudguards.
It’s designed with sliding “Rocker Dropouts”
with open seat stay on the right side to accomodate
the option of Belt Drive.
The Rocker Dropouts comes intwo versions:
Thru Axle 12×142
or std 10×135
Fork is thru axle 12×100 only
With this design, the bike can be build with:
Internal gears with chain or belt drive
Singlespeed with chain or belt drive
External gears with chain
It also has a hidden cable stop if you want to run a double crankset.
And of cause threaded holes for most of your desires:
Rear rack, mudguards, basket, rack…
